Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior SAP Delivery Manager within Technology Operations to lead SAP delivery teams across onshore, nearshore and offshore. You will own functional delivery in a core domain (FICO, SCM, Procurement or OTC) and oversee post-transition support, issue resolution and continuous improvement for managed services engagements.

You will partner with clients and stakeholders to align SAP operations with business outcomes, apply ITIL service management, and mentor globally distributed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 5–7 years of relevant experience in SAP Operations or SAP Projects.
• Expertise in Application Management is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in SAP Managed Services or AMS operating models.
• Knowledgeable of Agile terminology and methods.
• Strong customer orientation and experience in Customer Support Operations.
• Solid understanding of Data Delivery and Management.
• Proficiency in Stakeholder Management.
• Familiarity with Technology Ecosystem Operations.
• Experience in Technology Service Management.
• Strong Troubleshooting and Triage skills.
• Excellence in Building and Managing Relationships.
• Ability to establish Client Trust and Value.
• Strong communication skills (Communicating With Impact).

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality SAP support and issue resolution within key business processes.
• Provide hands-on SAP functional leadership in one core domain (FICO, SCM, Procurement, OTC).
• Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and OLAs for service delivery.
• Lead and manage cross-location SAP delivery teams (onshore, nearshore, offshore).
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues and drive root-cause analysis.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business outcomes.
