Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You will lead workstreams, deliver projects on time, and maintain quality while engaging with clients and expanding services across SAP landscapes.

You will guide teams, drive governance programs, and leverage MDG, Data Services, and data integration tools. A 4-year degree and 4–6 years of SAP data experience are expected, with up to 60% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 4+ years of SAP experience.
• Specialized experience across SAP data disciplines including MDG, data governance, data analytics and migration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and ensure on-time, quality delivery for client engagements.
• Engage with clients daily, identify opportunities for additional services, and manage engagement economics.
• Provide direction to teams and foster collaboration and innovative solutions.
• Direct cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions and governance frameworks.
