Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You will lead workstreams, engage daily with clients, and drive governance, quality, and migration programs across SAP landscapes.

The role emphasizes leadership of cross-functional teams, collaboration with stakeholders, and the ability to deliver scalable data solutions while maintaining strong governance and data privacy practices. This is a hybrid, travel‑heavy position in the US.

Qualifications

• Typically, no less than 4–6 years relevant experience with one or more SAP modules.
• Specialized experience across SAP data disciplines including Data Migration, Master Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Analytics.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data model and migrations from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams delivering data management and governance projects for clients.
• Engage with clients daily, identify opportunities, and manage engagement economics.
