Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You will lead workstreams, deliver projects on time, and ensure high quality while collaborating with stakeholders and driving data governance across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.

You’ll oversee cross-functional teams, advise on data maturity, and craft data-driven roadmaps, balancing client needs with delivery excellence in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year).
• Typically 4–6 years relevant SAP and data management experience across SAP landscapes.
• Specialized experience across SAP data disciplines including Data Migration, Master Data Management (MDG), Data Governance, Data Analytics, data quality programs, Enterprise IT Architecture, and related data management capabilities across SAP landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Engage with clients daily, identify opportunities for additional services, and manage engagement economics.
• Provide direction to your team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovative solutions.
