Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to help clients govern, migrate, and leverage data assets across SAP and non-SAP landscapes. You will lead workstreams, engage with clients, and drive data initiatives that align with business objectives.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and experience delivering data-driven solutions, with travel up to 60% and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; typically 4-year degree.
Typically 4–6 years relevant experience with one or more SAP modules including full-cycle implementations.
Specialized experience across SAP data disciplines: Data Migration, MDG, Data Governance, Data Analytics, and related data management capabilities across SAP landscapes.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data model and hands-on experience migrations from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; client-facing presentations and technical documentation.
Proven experience leading SAP data projects or workstreams and managing project-based teams.
Willingness to travel: travel estimated 40–60%.

Responsibilities

Develop data management strategies and governance for SAP and non-SAP landscapes.
Lead workstreams delivering data management projects with on-time, quality outcomes.
Engage with clients daily, identify opportunities for additional services, and manage engagement economics.
