Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You will lead cross‑functional teams, govern data practices, and ensure timely delivery of data programs across SAP and non‑SAP landscapes.

You will engage with clients, define data strategy, and guide teams through MDG, data migration, and governance initiatives while traveling up to 60% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• 4–6 years of SAP-related experience with full-cycle implementations.
• Specialized experience across SAP data disciplines including MDG, Data Governance, Data Analytics, and Data Migration.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data model and migrations from ECC to S/4HANA.
• Strong written and verbal communication with client-facing presentations and documentation.
• Proven experience leading SAP data projects or workstreams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards.
• Engage with clients daily, identify opportunities for additional services.
• Provide direction to the team and manage engagement economics.
• Develop solutions to complex problems and establish governance policies.
• Manage project status, deliverables, and risk management.
