Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset across SAP and non‑SAP landscapes. You will lead workstreams, manage client engagements, and mentor teams while driving data governance, quality, and migration programs.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and deep experience in SAP data disciplines, MDG, and data governance. Travel 40-60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 4–6 years’ SAP experience.
• Specialized experience across SAP data disciplines, including MDG and data governance.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client presentations and documentation.
• Proven leadership of SAP data projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery, ensure on-time project completion and quality.
• Engage with clients daily, identify additional services, manage engagement economics.
• Provide direction to teams and foster collaboration for innovative solutions.
