Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You will lead data governance, master data management, and SAP data initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and drive business value.

You will oversee data migration, governance, and analytics programs and guide teams through complex engagements, balancing client needs with project delivery and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of SAP data experience.
• Expertise in Data Migration, Master Data Management, Data Governance.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data models and ECC to S/4HANA migrations.
• Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills.
• Travel up to 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure on-time, quality project outcomes.
• Engage with clients daily and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Provide direction to the team and manage engagement economics.
• Develop data governance frameworks across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.
