Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You will lead workstreams, engage with clients daily, and drive governance, quality standards, and data migration programs across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.

The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to guide teams through complex data initiatives with a focus on value delivery and enterprise data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required.
• Typically, 4–6 years of relevant SAP experience, including full-cycle implementations.
• Specialized experience across SAP data disciplines: Data Migration, Master Data Management (MDG), Data Governance, Data Analytics, and related capabilities.
• Strong understanding of the SAP S/4HANA data model and hands-on migration experience from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure projects are completed on time with quality.
• Engage with clients daily, identify opportunities for additional services, and manage engagement economics.
• Provide direction to your team and foster collaboration to deliver innovative data solutions.
