Sapsf is seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Project Manager / Support Lead to manage production support, enhancements, and governance across the BRIM landscape. You will lead onshore/offshore teams, enforce SLA/KPI targets, and drive critical incident resolution in OTC/L2C monetization.

Responsibilities include coordinating releases, RAID logs, interfacing with business finance and SI partners, and ensuring end-to-end delivery from scoping to hypercare.

Formación

• 8+ years IT delivery/support experience, with at least 4+ years dedicated to SAP BRIM (formerly Hybris Billing) and 3+ years running project management or AMS.
• Functional/technical depth in at least two BRIM components (SOM, CC, CI, RAR)
• Experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release) using tools like ServiceNow or Jira
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional technical teams
• Familiarity with SAP interfaces (OData, REST, IDocs) and integration with SAP CPI
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related discipline

Responsabilidades

• Lead Level 2/3 production support for the SAP BRIM suite and report KPIs like MTTA, MTTR, SLA compliance, backlog trends, first-time-fix rates.
• Manage minor releases, CRs, and platform enhancements using hybrid Agile/Scrum or Waterfall; own schedules and RAID logs.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery from discovery to post-deployment stabilization; interface with business finance, IT steering, SIs, and vendors.
