Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced Manager, SAP BRIM Run Operations to lead the SAP Center of Excellence. You will own the stable run, support, and continuous enhancement of the BRIM landscape, directing onshore and offshore engineers to ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and financial integrations.

As the IT SME and operational leader, you will drive incident and change management, SLA governance, and integration projects, while championing AI-assisted automation and standard SAP BRIM

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SAP ERP landscapes with 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in BRIM modules: SOM, CM, CC, CI, FI-CA.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day SAP Run operations for S/4HANA BRIM functions.
• Oversee incident, defect, change, and problem management processes.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs with managed service partners and vendors.
• Drive system restoration and crisis communications during incidents.
• Collaborate with RTR, MDT, and middleware teams for end-to-end solutions.
