Samson Software Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced SAP BRIM Project Manager to oversee production support, enhancements, and governance across the BRIM landscape.

You will manage onshore/offshore teams, enforce ITIL SLAs, drive incident resolution, and govern enhancements from scoping to hypercare. Responsibilities include leading Level 2/3 operations, KPI reporting (MTTA/MTTR/SLA), managing releases and CRs, and coordinating with finance, IT steering, SI partners, and vendors to ensure

Qualificações

• 8+ years IT delivery/support experience with 4+ years in SAP BRIM.
• PM/AMS experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with ITIL incident, problem, change, and release management.
• Experience with BRIM components SOM, CC, CI, RAR preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support Operations & SLA governance for Level 2/3 production support across SAP BRIM.
• Lead MTTA/MTTR, SLA compliance, and escalations for P1/P2 incidents.
• Manage releases, CRs, RAID logs, and end-to-end delivery lifecycle.
• Coordinate with business finance, IT steering committees, SI vendors, and external partners.
