Job summary

W3Global in Fremont, CA seeks an experienced SAP BRIM Support Lead / Project Manager to own end-to-end OTC/L2C monetization delivery. You will manage operations, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with finance IT and external SI partners.

Requirements include 8+ years IT delivery, 4+ years in SAP BRIM, 3+ years in lead/PM, ITIL experience, and familiarity with SOM, CC, CI, and RAR. You’ll drive release readiness, RAID logs, and integration with SAP S/4HANA, CPI, and SAP Solution

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT delivery/support experience.
• 4+ years dedicated to SAP BRIM (Hybris Billing) and 3+ years running PM/AMS.
• Depth in at least two BRIM components (SOM, CC, CI, RAR).
• Experience ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release) using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or SAP Solution Manager.
• Proven success leading cross-functional technical teams across time zones.
• Familiarity with SAP interface technologies (OData, REST, IDocs) and reconciling rated events with GL.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations & SLA Governance Lead for Level 2/3 production support across SAP BRIM suite.
• Own and report KPIs: MTTA, MTTR, SLA compliance, backlog trends, first-time-fix rates.
• Escalation point for Priority 1/2 incidents; lead RCA and post-mortems.
• Manage high-volume recurring ops: month-end billing, automated rating, bill-run failures, data reconciliation.
• Lead project mgmt & continuous improvement with hybrid Agile/Scrum or Waterfall; manage RAID logs.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery: requirement discovery, design review, build, SIT, testing, cutover, post-deployment stabilization.
• Interface with business finance, IT steering committees, external SIs, and vendor partners.
• Provide governance across SAP SOM, CC, CI, RAR modules; coordinate integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP CPI, and external CRM.
