Job summary

EY seeks an experienced SAP ABAP Manager to lead delivery across SAP ABAP solutions, including reports, interfaces, and OData services. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and functional leads, guiding teams through design, build, test, and deployment in an Agile environment.

Travel 40–60% is expected. A bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of ABAP development are required, with strong knowledge of S/4HANA, Fiori/UI5, and SAP security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required.
• 4–6 years SAP ABAP development experience.
• ABAP OO, modularization, debugging skills.
• Experience with ABAP reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, and OData/Web Services.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
• Fiori/UI5 development and ABAP integration.
• Knowledge of SAP Data Dictionary, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Experience in Agile and DevOps within SAP environments.
• Familiarity with Solution Manager, PI/PO/CPI, SAP LT, Data Services, and SAP Security.
• Strong communication; travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP ABAP delivery across full project lifecycles.
• Engage with clients, guiding workstreams from planning through closure.
• Ensure quality and risk management throughout delivery.
