Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP ABAP Manager to lead end-to-end ABAP development and delivery in an agile environment. You will guide teams, collaborate with client stakeholders, and drive quality, risk management, and on-time delivery across SAP modules including S/4HANA and Fiori/UI5.

The role requires 4–6 years of hands-on SAP ABAP experience, strong debugging skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions. Travel 40–60% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
• ABAP with OO, modularization, debugging/troubleshooting.
• Experience designing and enhancing ABAP-based reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, and OData/Web Services.
• Familiarity with S/4HANA, ECC, and ABAP on HANA concepts.
• Proficient in Fiori/UI5 development and integration with ABAP services.
• Experience in Agile delivery models and SAP DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of SAP technologies such as Solution Manager, PI/PO/CPI, LT, Data Services, and SAP Security.
• Strong communication skills and client-ready documentation.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities
