Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP ABAP Manager to drive delivery across SAP ABAP development, including reports, interfaces, forms, and enhancements. You will lead a team, translate business requirements into scalable ABAP solutions, and collaborate with SAP Fiori/UI5 front-ends and S/4HANA back-end integration.

The role requires 4–6 years of hands-on ABAP experience, strong design and debugging skills, and willingness to travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required.
4–6 years hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
Expertise in ABAP including OO ABAP, modularization, debugging.
Experience designing ABAP-based reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, and OData/Web Services.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC, ABAP on HANA concepts.
Proficiency in SAP Fiori/UI5 development and integration with ABAP back-end.
Strong SQL/data dictionary knowledge and performance tuning.
Experience in Agile delivery and SAP DevOps exposure.
Familiarity with SAP tools such as Solution Manager, PI/PO (or CPI), Data Services, SAP Security.
Strong communication skills; ability to produce client-ready docs.
Willingness to travel 40–60%.
