Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP ABAP Manager to lead ABAP delivery across projects, focusing on quality, risk management, and client collaboration. You will guide teams through design, build, testing, and deployment while translating business requirements into scalable ABAP-based solutions.

You will work with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori/UI5, and ABAP on HANA, ensuring integration with backend services. A bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of hands-on ABAP experience are expected, with travel up to 40–60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 4–6 years hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong ABAP skills including OO, modularization, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and enhancing ABAP-based reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, and OData/Web Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP ABAP delivery across full project lifecycles with emphasis on quality and risk management.
• Engage with clients in working sessions, guiding teams from planning through execution and closure.
• Translate client requirements into scalable SAP solutions and provide technical leadership.
