Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP ABAP Manager to lead delivery across SAP ABAP projects, focusing on design, development, testing, and deployment. You will translate business requirements into scalable ABAP-based solutions and collaborate with architects, leads, and client stakeholders to drive integrated SAP outcomes.

The role requires strong ABAP expertise (OO, debugging) and experience with S/4HANA/ECC, Fiori/UI5, and agile delivery. Travel 40-60% and a hybrid work model are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Typically, 4–6 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong ABAP expertise including OO, modularization, debugging.
• Proven experience designing and enhancing ABAP-based solutions (reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, OData/Web Services).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC, including integration across modules.
• Proficiency in SAP Fiori/UI5 and ABAP back-end service integration.

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while balancing risk and timelines.
