Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP ABAP Manager to lead ABAP delivery across projects, defining scalable solutions that meet client requirements. You will work with SAP S/4HANA and ECC, develop Fiori/UI5 interfaces, and guide teams through design, build, testing, and deployment. Travel up to 40–60% may be required.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients and stakeholders, quality assurance, and leveraging DevOps in SAP environments to drive measurable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 4–6 years SAP ABAP development experience.
• Proficiency in ABAP, including OO, modularization, debugging.
• Experience with ABAP-based reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, and OData/Web Services.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC integration.
• Fiori/UI5 development and ABAP back-end services knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of SAP data dictionary, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Exposure to Agile, DevOps practices in SAP environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP ABAP delivery across full project lifecycles.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with functional leads, architects, and client stakeholders.
• Guide teams and manage quality, risk, and delivery timelines.
• Engage with external clients in sessions and workstreams; travel as needed.
