Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP ABAP Manager to lead the delivery of ABAP projects across full lifecycles, including design, build, testing, and deployment. You will engage with external clients, direct workstreams, and ensure high-quality solutions while managing risk.

Role requires strong ABAP expertise, S/4HANA familiarity, and experience in Agile delivery. Travel 40‑60% may be required, and a bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 4–6 years of SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong ABAP expertise including OO, modularization, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Experience designing and enhancing ABAP-based reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, and OData/Web Services.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and ECC and ABAP on HANA concepts.
• Proficiency in SAP Fiori/UI5 development and integration with ABAP services.
• Knowledge of SAP Data Dictionary, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Experience in Agile SAP delivery and DevOps practices.

• Coordinate with clients, architects, and stakeholders; run workshops and drive workstreams.
• Provide guidance to team members and ensure timely, high-quality results.
