Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent advanced certification.
• Entry level requires related experience in manufacturing.
• English literacy and math comprehension required.
• Willingness to work in a cold, wet, fast-paced plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Follows GMP/PPE and Safety guidelines.
• Enforces HACCP and Sanitation guidelines.
• Analyze and prepare reports for supervisors/managers.
• Cross-train and oversee machine setup and operation.
• Lead coaching and training of line associates.
• Communicate and educate on quality and safety.
