Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Frontline Coordinator in Irwindale to support production leads in achieving safety, quality, and efficiency goals in a refrigerated plant environment. You will coach team members on safety, quality, and production standards while tracking production metrics and KPIs.

The role requires flexibility in a 24-hour plant, HACCP knowledge, and strong communication to optimize line performance and staffing.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English; math comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMP/PPE and Safety guidelines.
• Maintain HACCP & Sanitation guidelines and processes.
• Analyze and prepare reports for supervisors/managers.
• Cross-train and oversee multiple machine setup/operation.
• Lead coaching and training for line associates on safety and quality.
