Job summary

Bonduelle Americas in Irwindale is seeking a Frontline Coordinator for our refrigerated production environment. You will support production team leads to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency, while coaching associates on GMP, PPE, and sanitation guidelines.

You will track production metrics, analyze OEE opportunities, and help implement improvements across multiple lines. The role requires adaptability in a fast-paced 24-hour plant and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent advanced certification.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; math comprehension.
• Willingness to work in a cold, wet, fast-paced plant environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP & sanitation guidelines and processes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Follows GMP/PPE and Safety guidelines.
• Maintains HACCP & sanitation guidelines and processes.
• Analyze and prepare reports for supervisors/managers.
• Cross-train and oversee multiple machine setup and operation.
• Lead coaching and training for line associates on safety and quality.
