Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Frontline Coordinator to support production teams in a refrigerated manufacturing environment. The role focuses on safety, quality, and efficiency by coaching team members and tracking production metrics.

The position requires experience in a fast-paced plant, knowledge of HACCP and sanitation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This on-site role supports a 24-hour operation with flexibility for shifts.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent certification.
• 4–7 years of related experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; math comprehension.
• Willingness to work in a cold, wet, fast-paced plant environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP & sanitation guidelines and processes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follows GMP/PPE, Safety guidelines.
• Follows HACCP & sanitation guidelines and processes.
• Analyze and prepare FLC reports for supervisors/managers.
• Suggest improvements to OEE and line performance.
• Coach and train line associates on safety, quality and production standards.
• Cross-train and oversee multiple machine setup and operation.
• Support staffing decisions for line(s), breaks and overtime.
• Communicate production metrics to line teams.
