Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Frontline Coordinator to support production teams in our Irwindale facility. This role focuses on safety, quality and efficiency, aligning with GMP, HACCP and sanitation standards in a refrigerated environment.

You will coach team members and track production metrics during runs to help achieve KPIs. The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of related experience, an associates degree or equivalent, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent certification.
• 4–7 years related experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Willingness to work in a cold, wet, fast-paced plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMP/PPE and Safety guidelines.
• Maintain HACCP and sanitation guidelines.
• Analyze and prepare production reports for supervisors/managers.
• Cross-train and oversee multiple machine set-up and operation.
• Lead improvements in housekeeping, sanitation, and SQF requirements.
• Analyze staffing for line coverage, breaks and overtime.
• Lead line coaching and training activities.
