Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Frontline Coordinator to support production teams in a refrigerated, plant environment in Irwindale, CA. The role focuses on achieving safety, quality and efficiency standards by coaching operators and tracking production metrics.

Responsibilities include enforcing GMP/PPE and HACCP guidelines, facilitating machine setup, and driving continuous improvement. The position requires 4–7 years of related experience or an associate degree plus relevant certification.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent advanced certification.
• Experience reading, writing and speaking English; math comprehension required.
• Willingness to work in a cold, wet, fast-paced 24-hour plant environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP & sanitation guidelines and processes.

Responsibilities

• Follows GMP/PPE and Safety guidelines.
• Maintains HACCP, sanitation guidelines and processes.
• Analyze and prepare reports for supervisors/managers.
• Cross-train and oversee multiple machine set-up and operation.
• Lead coaching and training for line associates on safety and quality.
• Communicate and educate line staff on product quality and safety.
• Support improvements to manpower planning and overtime management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
