Job summary

Bonduelle Americas in Irwindale is seeking a Frontline Coordinator in the Sanitation department for the 3rd shift. The role supports production leads to uphold safety, quality and efficiency standards in a refrigerated environment.

Responsibilities include enforcing GMP/PPE, HACCP and sanitation guidelines, coaching line workers, and tracking key production metrics for KPIs. Associates degree preferred and 4–7 years of related experience are desired.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent advanced certification.
• Entry-level requires 4–7 years of related experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; comprehension/calculation of math.
• Knowledge of HACCP & sanitation guidelines and processes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; work in a cold, wet, fast-paced plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Follows GMP/PPE and Safety guidelines to protect production and personnel.
• Supports production team leads to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Tracks production metrics and communicates results to line teams for KPI achievement.
