Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Frontline Coordinator to support production teams in a refrigerated plant environment. You will coach line leads on safety, quality and efficiency, track production metrics, and help achieve manufacturing KPIs while adapting to a fast-paced, 24-hour operation.

Responsibilities include enforcing GMP/PPE, HACCP and sanitation standards, analyzing reports, training staff, and identifying process improvements across shifts.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent advanced certification.
• Entry level requires 4-7 years of related experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforce GMP/PPE and Safety guidelines.
• Maintain HACCP & Sanitation guidelines and processes.
• Analyze and prepare production reports for supervisors/managers.
• Cross-train and oversee multiple machine setup and operation.
• Coach and train team members on safety, quality and production standards.
• Lead improvement projects and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate performance metrics to line teams to drive KPIs.
