Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Frontline Coordinator to support production leads in a refrigerated plant. You will help drive safety, quality, and efficiency by coaching teams and tracking production metrics during runs.

This role requires flexibility for a 24-hour plant environment, ability to read and communicate in English, HACCP knowledge, and physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. Associates degree or equivalent certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Comprehension/calculation of math.
• Knowledge of HACCP & Sanitation guidelines and processes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Fully understands department/function/line from start to finish; learn quickly.
• Ability to communicate, document, and lead key positions.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMP/PPE, safety guidelines, HACCP & sanitation guidelines.
• Analyze production reports and improve OEE and KPIs.
• Coach and train team members on safety, quality and production standards.
• Cross-train and oversee multiple machine setup and operation.
• Lead projects and improvements within the line and department.
