Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Frontline Coordinator to support production leads in a cold, fast-paced plant environment in Irwindale. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency, with training on GMP/PPE and sanitation requirements.

Responsibilities include coaching line teams, tracking production metrics, and communicating improvements. Strong English skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required; prior HACCP/sanitation knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred, or equivalent advanced certification.
• Entry level requires 4-7 years of related experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; math comprehension.
• Willingness and flexibility to work in a cold, wet, fast-paced, 24 hour plant environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP and Sanitation guidelines and processes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Fully understands department/line from start to finish; quick learner.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follows GMP/PPE and Safety guidelines.
• Follows HACCP & Sanitation guidelines and processes.
• Analyze and prepare FLC’s reports for supervisors/managers.
• Suggest improvements to Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) for supervisors/managers.
• Cross-train and oversee multiple machine set-up and operation.
• Lead good people skills and Bonduelle core values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
