Saicon in California is seeking a proactive Sample Coordinator to manage the intake and handling of product samples for seasonal flows. You will ensure timely receipt, proper labeling, and accurate record-keeping to support merchandising and brand teams.

This contract role involves organizing materials, coordinating with the merchandising team on arrivals and delays, building rapport with brand managers, and assisting with copy sheets and ad hoc projects across the team.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure samples are received in a timely manner for each seasonal flow.
• Keep samples organized and maintain records to track receiving information.
• Communicate with Merchadising team to discuss arrivals and delays.
• Build rapport with Brand MAs.
• Assemble copy fact sheets using several systems.
• Support entire team with other projects.
