Confidential is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Senior Coordinator by handling sample management, cost sheets, showroom operations during client visits, and sales reporting. The role emphasizes organizing orders, maintaining roadmaps, and clear communication across internal and external teams.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of fashion sales support experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with PLM and inventory tools. A basic understanding of seasonal cycles is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 1 year of experience in fashion sales support, retail coordination, or merchandising.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with PLM systems and inventory management tools.
• Basic understanding of fashion retail cycles (seasonal collections, buying calendars).
• Strong attention to detail, especially with product specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the coordinator with sample management
• Create and maintain costing sheets
• Support showroom operations during client visits and seasonal market appointments
• Prepare sales reports, order summaries, and maintain roadmaps
• Manage customer communications, including order updates and issue resolution
• Assist in planning and executing seasonal strategies
• Monitor trends and provide insights to support sales strategies
• Ensure accurate documentation of SKUs, sizes, colors, and product details
• Keep on calendar
