Overview
This role is integral to supporting the product lifecycle by ensuring samples are tracked, organized, and delivered efficiently from development through production. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and can effectively manage multiple deadlines across concurrent drops.
Location: Onsite in the Valley
Compensation: $25/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the tracking and coordination of development, sales, production, and marketing samples across multiple product drops
- Communicate regularly with overseas factories to monitor sample status and ensure timely delivery
- Receive, catalog, organize, and distribute samples for fittings, internal reviews, and photoshoots
- Prepare samples for fit sessions, manage revisions, and track approvals
- Partner with Product Development and Wholesale teams to support ongoing sample needs
- Maintain a well-organized sample room and archive by season and style
- Proactively identify delays, quality concerns, or inconsistencies and help facilitate timely solutions
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in apparel sampling, production, or product development
- Experience working with international factories
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Clear and proactive communication style with strong follow-through
- Proficient in Excel; experience with WFX and NetSuite is a plus
- Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with moving packages as needed
- Working knowledge of garment construction, fabrications, and fit is preferred
