Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in sample coordination, production, or a related role in apparel, retail, or creative environments

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the ordering, tracking, and receiving of product samples for creative projects
• Maintain an organized sample inventory system at HQ, ensuring easy access for all teams
• Prepare and ship samples to photographers, stylists, and production partners
• Track outbound and inbound shipments and follow up to ensure timely delivery
• Ensure the correct samples are delivered to each shoot location and returned as needed
• Support the styling and creative teams with sample prep and organization before shoots
• Maintain detailed sample tracking spreadsheets and documents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, and merchandising
• Assist with general studio organization and photo shoot prep as needed
• Be onsite at HQ at least 3 days/week to manage physical sample coordination

In this role, you’ll oversee the end-to-end sample lifecycle, from ordering and tracking to organizing, shipping, and returning items, to ensure the smooth execution of photo shoots and other creative projects.
