24 Seven Talent seeks a dependable Sample Coordinator to support a busy apparel team in Irvine, CA. This urgent backfill is an on-site, hands-on role with potential to transition into a full-time position.

The position is freelance, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with compensation of approximately $25/hour. You will organize, prepare, and present samples and perform data entry in Excel and Google Sheets to support fast-paced operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in inventory coordination, retail, operations, or related environment.
• Strong Excel skills are essential; proficiency with Google Sheets is also required.
• Apparel or fashion industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be local and available to work on site five days per week.

• Steam and present samples to keep them organized and production-ready.
• Complete accurate data entry and tracking in Excel and Google Sheets.
