Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
• Set clear goals and objectives for team members.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to staff.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and support Salon Director functions.
• Assist in controlling revenue and expenses to optimize profitability.
• Maintain proper staffing to ensure productivity and service quality while managing labor costs.
• Work five days per week, including nights and weekends as needed.
