Job summary

Sun Tan City in Raleigh, NC seeks a Salon Director to lead a team and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will supervise staffing decisions, training, and scheduling while maintaining cleanliness and safety across the salon.

Responsibilities include coaching employees, addressing client concerns promptly, and driving performance metrics through company programs. The role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• This role requires management or sales experience and strong leadership abilities.
• Experience coaching and mentoring staff to deliver excellent client experiences.
• Ability to supervise hiring, training, evaluating, and scheduling.
• Proficiency with common office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) is expected.
