The candidate will manage staff, ensure a clean, professional environment, coach team members, and contribute to revenue growth with effective inventory and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in management or sales is preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment with multiple situations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet personal sales targets.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
• Set goals and objectives for team members.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports and assist with director functions.
• Help manage top-line revenue and expenses.
• Maintain staffing levels for productivity and service quality.
• Work five days per week, including nights and weekends as needed.
