Sun Tan City in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to maintain a high-energy, client-centric environment and to supervise Tanning Consultants to meet company goals.

This role drives store performance, fosters exceptional client service, and upholds operational excellence, leading by example in all store operations. A strong leader with coaching skills will help achieve productivity and sales targets while ensuring a clean, professional salon.

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales targets.
• Maintain a professional and clean salon environment.
• Set clear goals for team members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist with director functions.
• Support Salon Director in revenue and expense control.
• Maintain appropriate staffing to balance productivity and service quality.
• Work nights and weekends as required for coverage.
• Have reliable transportation to the bank as needed.
• Expect five days per week, about 32–40 hours.
