Sun Tan City seeks an Assistant Salon Director to maintain a high-energy, client-centric environment and lead Tanning Consultants to achieve company goals. You will drive store performance, coach the team, and ensure operational excellence in daily activities.

The role emphasizes leadership, sales focus, and the ability to manage schedules, reports, and staffing while delivering a premier guest experience.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment and coach/mentor staff.
• Strong leadership and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in all company operations including creating a client-centric experience and meeting personal sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals for Team Members and provide coaching, training, and feedback.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with other Salon Director functions.
• Assist the Salon Director in controlling top line revenue and expenses.
• Maintain proper staffing levels to maximize productivity and customer service while controlling labor costs.
• Possible night, weekend, and holiday coverage as required.
