Sun Tan City is seeking a motivated Assistant Salon Director to lead a high-energy salon team. The role focuses on driving store performance, delivering excellent client service, and maintaining operational excellence. You will supervise Tanning Consultants and model leadership across all operations to meet productivity goals.

The position emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and achieving revenue targets while ensuring a top-tier client experience and strong team collaboration in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management and customer service.
• Ability to coach and mentor Team Members.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience generating sales reports and managing inventory.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in creating a client-centric experience and meeting personal sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals and objectives for Team Members.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve Team Members’ daily performance.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with other Salon Director functions.
• Assist the Salon Director in controlling top line revenue and expenses.
• Help to maintain proper staffing levels to ensure maximum productivity and excellent customer service while controlling labor costs.
• Ability to work nights as well as Saturdays and Sundays as required to provide management coverage.
• Has reliable ability and transportation to go to the bank as needed.
• Candidate should expect to work five days per week, and approximately a 40-to-45-hour work schedule depending on hourly or salary status.
