Job summary

Kenneth's Salon + Spas in Lewis Center, Ohio is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate to be the first and last point of contact for guests, delivering a luxury salon and spa experience with outstanding service.

This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and computer skills, with 30–32 hours per week, including mid and evening shifts and some Saturdays; eligibility to work in the United States is required, and visa sponsorship is not available.

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Guest Services Associate to join our team. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating a luxury salon and spa experience.

Schedule required for Truepointe Salon + Spa

30-32 hours per week

• Availability: Mid and evening on week days, as well as Saturday availability required
• Weekdays: Scheduled hours are 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM and/or 1:00 PM-8:30 PM. Days currently needed areTuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays - may vary.
• Saturdays: 2 Saturdays per month, with open availability between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM.
