Job summary

Kenneth's Salon + Spas in Ohio is seeking a friendly, organized Guest Services Associate to welcome guests and manage bookings. You will be the first and last contact, handling inquiries and ensuring a luxury salon and spa experience.

The role requires availability for a 40-hour week with varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and some Saturdays. Experience in customer service is essential; salary ranges from $15 to $19 per hour depending on experience.

Schedule required for Truepointe Salon + Spa

40 hours per week

• Open availability required: morning, mid and evening on week days, as well as Saturday availability required
• Weekday shift: scheduled hours will vary - shifts will require being able to work until 9pm
• Up to 3 Saturdays per month, with open availability between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM
• 40 hours per week
