Job summary

Douglas J Institutes & Salons is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate to be the first point of contact for guests. You will create a welcoming experience from arrival, assist with scheduling, check-in/out, and processing payments in a busy front-desk environment.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities, with a professional demeanor and reliability. Daytime hours, some evenings and weekends may be required, in a salon and med spa setting.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, front-desk, salon, spa, or hospitality experience preferred.
