Kenneth's Salon + Spas in Upper Arlington is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate to greet guests, manage scheduling, and deliver a luxury salon-and-spa experience. You will be the first and last contact, requiring polished communication, strong problem-solving, and a passion for service excellence.

The role offers $15.00-$19.00 per hour, 20-23 hours weekly, with potential for growth at our Reed Rd Academy location.

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Guest Services Associate to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering outstanding service, we'd love to meet you. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating a luxury salon and spa experience.

Schedule required for Academy Salon + Spa Training Center

20-23 hrs per week

• Evening availability and Saturday availability required
• 24-28 hours per week
• Weekday shift: scheduled hours will vary - shifts will require being able to work until 9pm
• Up to 3 Saturdays per month, with open availability between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM

Abilities and Skills Needed:

• Expert customer service and communication skills which include telephone and email etiquette
• Strong problem-solving ability

• Commitment to guest care and ongoing professional growth
• Strength in computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Multitasking skillset
• Answer, investigate and respond to all customer inquiries regarding appointments, products, and feedback
