Job summary

KENNETHS HAIR SALON & DAY SPAS, INC in New Albany, OH is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate to create a luxury salon and spa experience. You will be the first and last contact for guests, handling calls, emails, and scheduling with a focus on outstanding service.

This full-time position offers $15.00-$19.00 per hour, 40 hours/week, and benefits including professional development, employee discounts, and coverage for accidents and illness.

As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating a luxury salon and spa experience.

Schedule at the NEW ALBANY LOCATION

FULL TIME 40 hrs a week

• Open availability for ALL shifts required; flexibility to work a variety of days, hours, and times and must be available to work weekdays until 8pm
• Weekday shifts: availability required (schedule varies) must be available to work until close / 830pm
• 2-3 Saturdays per month, with open availability between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM
