Responsibilities

• Proactively recommends retail products based on guests' needs and promotions.
• Achieves or exceeds individual retail sales goals and contributes to salon targets.
• Educates guests on product benefits and at-home care usage.
• Partners with stylists to reinforce product recommendations at checkout.
• Supports in-salon promotions, product launches, and limited-time offers.
• Maintains daily/weekly/monthly retail goals through guest education and upselling.
