JUUT Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Guest Services Specialist in Palo Alto to provide an elevated guest experience. You will greet guests, manage check-ins, tours, beverage service, and welcome gifts while offering add-on services based on guest needs.

You will also handle calls, appointment scheduling through artists/therapists, data capture with privacy, and occasional outbound outreach. Prioritize professional communication and attention to detail in a salon environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some exposure to salon, cosmetics, hospitality, or retail business preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Must work a minimum of one 3-hour shift per pay cycle to maintain active employment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests upon arrival with the appropriate welcome.
• Check in guests, give salon tour and welcome gift, and offer add-on services.
• Escort guests to waiting area and offer beverages.
• Perform confirmation calls to guests and suggest add-ons.
• Check out guests and process payments, retail upsell, and schedule next appointment.
• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments with artists/therapists.
• Capture guest data accurately and maintain privacy.
• Learn salon staff, services, and specialties for scheduling.
• Reschedule appointments and block artist time as needed.
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups or invitations.
• Stock and tidy retail shelves and maintain clean areas.
• Ensure bathrooms and waiting areas are clean and organized.
