JUUT Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Guest Service Specialist in Edina to deliver an elevated guest experience. You will greet guests, check them in, and guide them through the salon journey from arrival to checkout.

Responsibilities include scheduling with artists, offering add-ons, processing payments, and maintaining guest data with discretion. The role emphasizes service excellence, accurate record-keeping, and ongoing product knowledge to better assist guests.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in salon, cosmetics, hospitality, or retail preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Must work a minimum of one 3-hour shift per pay cycle to maintain active employment.

Mansioni

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a welcoming experience.
• Check in guests, give salon tour, and present welcome gift to new guests.
• Escort guests to seating, offer beverages, and manage waiting area.
• Confirm appointments and suggest add-ons during calls.
• Process checkouts, upsell retail products, and schedule next visit.
• Maintain accurate guest data with privacy and discretion.
• Learn salon artists, services, and specialties for scheduling accuracy.
• Handle outbound calls for follow-ups and events as needed.
• Stock and tidy retail shelves and maintain clean salon areas.
