Sally Beauty in the Panhandle of Florida seeks a Salon Business Consultant to visit salons in Pensacola, Destin, Panama City and nearby towns. You will drive growth through in-person visits, product education, and promotional programs, leveraging social media to build a robust book of business.

The role rewards travel with an uncapped commission plan, full benefits, and vehicle reimbursement. Ideal candidates have salon sales experience and reside near Tallahassee or Panama City.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year outside sales or beauty industry sales.
• Must reside within the assigned territory.
• Strong social media and digital outreach experience required.

Responsibilities

• Grow the salon base by identifying key accounts and expanding partnerships.
• Demonstrate in-salon promotions and drive product implementation.
• Prospect new customers via cold calls, social media, and digital channels.
• Maintain accurate customer data and process orders in CRM systems.
• Travel within the territory to attend events and visits.
